Primary Skills

- Experience in brake and ADAS function tuning, calibration, and development across vehicle platforms.
- Working knowledge of brake systems including ABS, ESC/ESP, IEB, and 2‑box architectures.
- Analyze and interpret vehicle dynamics behavior and align control logic to achieve target braking performance.
- Familiarity with OEM development processes and validation cycles.
- Good understanding of slip control & strategies
- Experience in brake system development and validation at test tracks/proving grounds, with excellent vehicle driving skills.
- Proficient in data acquisition, processing, and analysis tools for system and vehicle‑level evaluation
- Understanding of vehicle dynamics and braking performance metrics.
- Experienced with RFQ, & RFI handling and leading customer discussion

Secondary Skills

- Experience in vehicle instrumentation to support brake system testing, calibration, and validation activities
- Translate system and software requirements into calibration strategies and application parameters.
- Hands-on experience with vehicle diagnostic, Vector tools & other CAN tools.
- Solid problem-solving ability and good communication & coordination skills
- Shows a continuous learning mindset in brake systems, vehicle dynamics, and control strategies.
- Experienced in customer joint test & sign off.
- Understanding automotive sensors & actuators.
- Enthusiasm and passion to drive & develop the various vehicle segments.
