About The Job To manage the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of financial reporting at Barclays.

Key Responsibilities

- Management of the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements and other accounting records in accordance with relevant standards.
- Support in identification, assessment, and mitigation of financial risks, and report on these financial risks to senior colleagues.
- Development and maintenance of a robust system of internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial data accuracy.
- Development and implementation of up-to-date financial policies and procedures across the organisation.
- Preparation and submission of statutory and regulatory reports to authorities.





Requirements

Requirements

- Experienced with MS office toolkit including Word, PPT, Excel, and Access Database
- Qualified accountant
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to interact globally
- Solid control awareness to identify and escalate potential control breakdowns

Preferred Qualifications

- CFA or master’s in finance or financial engineering
- Audit exposure in large financial institutions or banks
