Key Responsibilities

- Manage quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the manufacturing process.
- Conduct in-process, final, and pre-dispatch inspections of heavy engineering equipment.
- Read and interpret 2D/3D engineering drawings, CAD models, technical drawings, and dimensional tolerances.
- Verify manufactured components against engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production, design, and engineering teams to resolve drawing-related quality issues.
- Prepare and review Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), and inspection reports.
- Perform dimensional inspection and verify material specifications, welding quality, and testing requirements.
- Coordinate customer inspections, third-party inspections, and quality audits.
- Review Material Test Certificates (MTCs), test reports, and quality documentation.
- Handle non-conformities, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and applicable industry standards.
- Approve final inspection reports and ensure quality clearance before dispatch.
