- We are hiring for Air freight documentation senior Executive
- location Hyderabad

- Handle end-to-end Air Freight Export and Import documentation.

- Prepare Air Waybills (AWB), commercial invoices, packing lists, and other shipment-related documents.

- Coordinate with airlines for shipment bookings, cargo schedules, and shipment status updates.

- Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.

- Ensure timely submission and verification of shipping documents.

- Monitor shipment movements and follow up with airlines for timely cargo dispatch and arrival.

- Verify shipment details and ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.

- Maintain shipment records and update customers on shipment status.

- Possess knowledge of international shipping procedures and Incoterms such as FOB, CIF, and EXW.

- Resolve documentation discrepancies and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely shipment processing.
