Role Description The AI Trainer role is a full time hybrid position based in Tiruchirappalli, with flexibility for some work from home. The AI Trainer will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs in Generative AI, cloud-based AI services, and related tools, ensuring that learners gain practical, job-ready skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing learning materials, creating hands-on labs and projects, conducting live training sessions and workshops, and mentoring learners through their certification and placement journeys.

The role also involves collaborating with the curriculum team to keep content aligned with current industry practices, collecting and analyzing learner feedback,



and contributing to thought leadership through demos, webinars, and internal knowledge sharing. The AI Trainer will work closely with other trainers and consultants to maintain a high standard of training quality and support EkasCloud’s mission of building industry-ready Cloud and AI professionals.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in AI and machine learning, including Generative AI concepts, common frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar), and experience with cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI tools).
- Knowledge of multicloud architecture and DevOps practices, with familiarity in at least one major cloud platform and CI/CD workflows to support practical AI and cloud implementation training.
- Experience in designing and delivering technical training, workshops, or mentoring programs, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, structured learning experiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage diverse learner groups, provide constructive feedback, and support learners in both in-person and remote settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; relevant cloud or AI certifications are highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with collaborative tools and learning platforms, strong organizational skills, and a learner-focused mindset, with openness to continuous learning and keeping pace with evolving AI and cloud technologies.
