Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Technical Business Analyst – Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of AI-powered pharmaceutical analytics and Competitive Intelligence (CI) platforms.

The ideal candidate will combine business analysis, product ownership, pharmaceutical domain expertise, and AI product knowledge. The role involves collaborating closely with founders, AI/ML engineering teams, and global pharmaceutical clients across the US and Europe to translate business requirements into scalable, AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the complete product lifecycle, from discovery and requirement gathering to launch and continuous improvement.
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and delivery milestones.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the primary point of contact for global pharmaceutical clients,



conducting requirement workshops, product demos, and executive reviews.
- Analyze pharmaceutical datasets, including clinical trials, drug pipelines, competitor intelligence, pricing, reimbursement, and sales force effectiveness.
- Conduct primary and secondary research, data validation, and quality assurance.
- Develop dashboards, analytical reports, and presentations for clients and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to develop, implement, and scale Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI solutions.
- Drive Agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Monitor product KPIs, project progress, data quality, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain product documentation, data governance, and quality standards.
- Support client proposals, proof of concepts (PoCs), pilot implementations, onboarding, and product-led growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline. Equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.
- 2–6 years of experience in business analysis, technical product management,



product ownership, or AI-driven analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations and Competitive Intelligence (CI).
- Hands-on exposure to Generative AI, Agentic AI, or AI-powered products.
- Experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, data analysis, research, and data validation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product roadmaps, backlog management, and cross-functional product delivery.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with global pharmaceutical clients, particularly in the US and Europe.
- Experience delivering or scaling pharmaceutical analytics or Competitive Intelligence platforms.
- Working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar analytics tools.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
