Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, NLP, design, growth, and data teams to deliver an agent-first research experience.

Requirements

- 4+ years of relevant work experience in software development in technical leadership, product management or similar roles. possess a strong understanding of LLMs, agentic systems, orchestration, and modern AI architectures.

- Hands-on experience with LLM-based agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent).
- Must possess a strong understanding of LLMs, agentic systems, orchestration, and modern AI architectures.
- Have experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and AI evaluation techniques.
