: AI/ML Engineer

Experience: 1–4 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered applications.
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze datasets from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement AI/ML solutions.
- Optimize models for accuracy, performance, scalability, and production readiness.
- Develop and maintain pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment, and inference.
- Evaluate model performance and improve results through experimentation and tuning.
- Document code, experiments, model performance, and implementation processes.
- Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and industry best practices.

Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development; candidates with relevant internships and academic projects may also be considered.
- Proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy and Pandas.




- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical concepts.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning.
- Familiarity with deploying and integrating ML models into applications or APIs.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or MLOps tools is a plus.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working on real-world AI/ML projects.
- Understanding of model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and explain technical concepts clearly.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
