Key Responsibilities

- Fine-tune LLMs using instruction fine-tuning and domain-specific data.
- Optimize model performance, accuracy, and relevance.
- Prepare and preprocess datasets for model training.
- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions.
- Lead technical decisions, guide team members, and provide technical support.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
