Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML & GenAI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions for a financial services client. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python, Machine Learning, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG pipelines , along with experience taking AI/ML models into production.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions .
- Develop and optimize ML models using Python and relevant ML frameworks .
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise AI use cases.
- Design and implement Prompt Engineering strategies.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Develop AI/ML applications integrating LLMs, APIs, and enterprise data sources.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI/ML models and GenAI applications in production .
- Optimize models and pipelines for performance, scalability, accuracy, and reliability.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
- Follow best practices for model evaluation, security, monitoring,



and responsible AI.

Mandatory Skills
- Python
- Machine Learning / Deep Learning
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
- Generative AI / LLMs
- Prompt Engineering
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Experience deploying AI/ML models into production
- Strong understanding of ML model development and evaluation

Positive to Have
- Experience with Vector Databases
- LangChain / LangGraph or similar GenAI frameworks
- Experience with LLM APIs
- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- MLOps / Model Monitoring
- Experience in Financial Services / BFSI domain

Candidate Profile
- 6–10 years of overall experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or related areas.
- Strong hands-on development experience with Python and AI/ML technologies.
- Experience building production-grade ML and GenAI solutions .
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working onsite from Pune .
