AI Lead / AI Solution Architect – Agentic AI & LLM

Budget: Up to ₹1,500/hour

Interview Availability: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM IST

We are looking for an experienced AI Lead / Architect to design scalable, secure, and production-ready Agentic AI, Conversational AI, and LLM-based solutions, with strong expertise in AI architecture, agent orchestration, Azure AI services, enterprise integrations, and LLM observability.

Required Skills & Experience:-

- 9+ years of IT experience with relevant AI/ML, GenAI, or Conversational AI expertise.
- Strong experience in AI Solution Architecture, LLM applications, and Agentic AI systems.
- Hands-on experience or strong understanding of LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Strong knowledge of AI agents, intent routing, state management, tool calling, fallback, and orchestration.
- Experience or familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI services.




- Robust understanding of REST APIs, microservices, cloud architecture, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience or strong understanding of LLM Observability, monitoring, logging, tracing, latency, cost, and quality tracking.
- Knowledge of AI security, privacy, scalability, and responsible AI practices.
- Strong technical leadership, architecture design, and stakeholder communication skills.

Good to Have:-

- MCP (Model Context Protocol), RAG, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Experience with CRM, contact center, or enterprise AI applications.

Note: Candidates must have strong AI architecture expertise, not just basic chatbot development or prompt engineering experience.
