Responsibilities

- Write and refine system prompts for voice agents
- Build and maintain knowledge bases from client documents
- Integrate agents with external systems via REST APIs and webhooks
- Test agents across call scenarios and log issues clearly
- Assist with telephony setup and post-call automations
- Prepare demo scripts and project documentation
- Support client calls with notes and requirement tracking

Requirements

- Final-year student or recent graduate, any discipline
- Any Programming Language
- Working understanding of APIs — REST methods, request/response structure, JSON payloads, headers and authentication. You should be able to read API documentation and test an endpoint using Postman or curl.
- Robust written and spoken English
- Hands-on familiarity with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)
- Attention to detail and structured thinking
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets

Good to have

- Experience with webhooks or automation tools
