Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy AI Executive to support the implementation and day-to-day use of Artificial Intelligence tools across business operations. The candidate will be responsible for using AI tools to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, create content, analyze data, and streamline workflows.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in AI technologies, good analytical skills, and the ability to identify opportunities to use AI for improving business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other AI platforms to support daily business activities.
- Create, test, and optimize prompts to generate accurate and relevant outputs.
- Use AI tools for content creation, research, data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- Identify repetitive tasks and implement AI-based automation wherever possible.
- Assist in developing AI-powered workflows for marketing, sales, customer support, and internal operations.
- Research new AI tools and recommend solutions based on business requirements.
- Verify AI-generated outputs for accuracy, quality, relevance, and consistency.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their requirements and implement suitable AI solutions.
- Maintain documentation of AI tools, workflows, processes, and performance improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and business applications.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.




- Hands-on knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
- Good prompt-writing and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to conduct online research and analyze information.
- Willingness to learn new AI tools and technologies.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a technology-related qualification is an advantage.
- Experience using AI tools for business, marketing, operations, or administration.
- Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, no-code tools, or workflow automation is an advantage.
- A portfolio of AI-assisted projects or workflow improvements is a plus.
