: Full Stack Developer – AI Automation

About the Role

We are looking for a technically skilled and self-driven Full Stack Developer with an interest in AI-powered automation and workflow development. The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of frontend and backend technologies, along with the ability to build automated workflows using tools such as n8n and other automation platforms.

The candidate should be a proactive problem-solver who enjoys researching new technologies, finding practical solutions, and taking ownership of technical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and improve web applications using Node.js, React.js, Python, and Express.js.
- Build and manage frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
- Develop backend services, scripts, and application logic using Node.js, Express.js, and Python.
- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using n8n or similar automation tools.
- Write custom code and scripts to extend automation capabilities beyond basic drag-and-drop workflows.
- Integrate applications, databases, APIs, and third-party tools wherever required.
- Identify repetitive business processes and develop solutions to automate them.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, debug code, and optimize application performance.
- Conduct independent research to explore new technologies, tools, and automation approaches.
- Collaborate with team members, coordinate technical tasks, and take ownership of assigned projects.
- Document workflows, code, and implementation processes for future maintenance.

Required Technical Skills
- Backend: Node.js, Express.js, Python.




- Frontend: React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Automation: Practical knowledge of n8n or similar workflow automation tools.
- Automation Coding: Ability to write custom JavaScript or Python code for workflow logic, data transformation, conditional operations, and integrations.
- APIs and Integrations: Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Database: Basic knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Development Fundamentals: Debugging, error handling, code organization, and basic Git/version control.

- Candidates with strong hands-on project experience and the required technical fundamentals may also be considered.

Compensation CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on skills, practical experience, and technical assessment.
