Role & responsibilities

- Provide agricultural advisory and technical guidance to farmers regarding crop nutrition, crop protection, and cultivation practices.
- Guide farmers on the proper use of fertilizers, micronutrients, and crop protection products.
- Understand crop-related problems and suggest suitable solutions based on field conditions.
- Conduct farmer visits, field demonstrations, and product awareness activities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors.
- Provide product information and technical support to customers.
- Monitor crop performance and collect feedback from farmers.
- Support sales and marketing teams in achieving business objectives.
- Maintain records of farmer visits, field activities, and advisory services.

Additional Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of major crops and their growth stages.
- Understanding of soil testing and fertilizer recommendations.
- Knowledge of pest and disease management.
