STEM Play Labs, an innovative Indian educational toy company, is looking for an experienced, results-driven professional to lead and expand our sales and distribution network across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive pan-India sales across e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), D2C, modern trade and physical retail stores .
- Develop and manage distributors, retail chains and key accounts.
- Lead marketplace sales, promotional strategies and channel profitability.
- Expand retail distribution and deliver revenue growth against defined targets.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution.




- Proven experience in both e-commerce marketplaces and offline retail channels .
- Robust understanding of the Indian consumer products market.
- Experience in toys, educational products, FMCG or consumer goods preferred.
- MBA preferred.
- Entrepreneurial, commercially driven and hands-on.
