Manager – Process Automation (Repetitive Activity)

Location: Eastman Auto and Power Limited – Gurugram

Role Overview The Manager – Process Automation will lead initiatives to automate high-volume, repetitive business activities across departments. This role involves identifying automation opportunities, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and managing external partners to deliver impactful automation solutions.

- Lead the identification of repetitive processes across SAP, Tally, and Candour for automation.
- Oversee the design and implementation of RPA/automation solutions with in-house teams or external vendors.
- Work with business process owners to streamline workflows before automation.
- Establish governance and monitoring frameworks for automation performance.
- Monitor performance, track ROI,



and ensure compliance with internal controls and data security protocols.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional automation projects.
- Drive change management and ensure adoption across departments.
- Train users and create documentation to support post-deployment success.

Requirements

- 8–12 years of experience in process automation/digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of RPA tools and ERP systems (SAP, Tally).
- Positive to have experience/exposure in tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional automation projects.
- Vendor/partner management experience.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
