Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Agentic AI Trainer to deliver technical training on AI agents, agentic workflows, large language models (LLMs), and AI-powered application development to college students. Candidates with 0–2 years of experience, a strong interest in artificial intelligence, and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.

The role involves conducting practical training sessions, guiding students through hands-on projects, and helping them understand how autonomous AI agents can plan tasks, use tools, make decisions, and execute multi-step workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training sessions on Agentic AI and its real-world applications.
- Explain AI fundamentals, Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and AI agent architecture.
- Teach prompt engineering and context management techniques for building effective AI applications.
- Introduce AI agents, tool calling, function calling, planning, reasoning, and multi-step task execution.
- Provide hands-on training in building AI agents using relevant frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or other suitable platforms.
- Teach Python programming and the libraries required for AI agent development.
- Introduce Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge-based AI applications.
- Guide students in developing AI chatbots, task automation solutions, research assistants,



and multi-agent workflows.
- Demonstrate how to integrate LLM APIs, external tools, and data sources into AI-powered applications.
- Explain agent memory, workflow orchestration, error handling, output validation, and human-in-the-loop approval.
- Introduce responsible AI practices, including data privacy, security, reliability, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct coding exercises, assignments, assessments, and project reviews to evaluate student progress.
- Prepare training materials, practical demonstrations, project ideas, and structured lesson plans.
- Help students develop problem-solving skills and prepare for AI-related technical interviews and career opportunities.
- Travel to assigned colleges across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana according to the training schedule.
- Coordinate with internal training and operations teams regarding schedules, student progress, and training outcomes.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessment results, project progress, and student feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence,



or a related discipline; equivalent qualifications with relevant expertise may also be considered.
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and Generative AI concepts.
- Basic to intermediate Python programming skills.
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-powered applications.
- Understanding of AI agents, tool calling, and automated workflows.
- Familiarity with at least one relevant AI framework, such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI, is preferred.
- Basic understanding of APIs and their integration into applications.
- Interest in learning RAG, vector databases, agent orchestration, and multi-agent systems.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly through practical examples.
- Valuable communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in teaching, mentoring, and working with college students.
- Willingness to travel to colleges as required for training assignments.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are eligible to apply.
