- Identify and build avenues for sourcing agency leaders in the location as per policy guidelines
- To meet the budgeted numbers of agency leaders' recruitment for the location
- Work closely with Agent's/Agency Leaders for achieving their targets through mentoring, coaching and helping them in joint calls
- Enable the Agency Leaders to build & drive a robust advisor force
- To achieve month over month Branch Targets of advisor coding , activization and APE through ALs & newly recruited ALs.
- To plan/review/monitor performance of the team -ALs and advisors
- Submit various sales reports timely to ensure adherence to reporting mechanism
