Key Skills with Levels

- 7+ years of experience with A/B Test setup and Development [Front End] in Adobe Target

- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Target, including campaign setup, audience creation, audience segmentation and profile management

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Vanilla JavaScript and DOM manipulation

- Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve technical challenges.

- Knowledge of UI/UX design concepts, visual elements, and responsive design best practices.

- Experience with Git for code management and reusability

- Teamwork, adaptability, and a proactive approach to project deadlines.

- Familiarity with Figma, or similar design tools to interpret visual designs.

- Knowledge on React JS (not mandatory, good to have)

- Ready to work in rotational shift including night shift

- Intermediate reporting and presentation skills

- Set-up A/B tests in Adobe Target and develop them using Front End Technologies like HTML, CSS and JavaScript

- Work on campaign setup, audience creation, audience segmentation and profile management

- Implement responsive design principles to ensure seamless user experience across devices and screen sizes.

- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code adhering to coding standards and best practices.

- Debug and troubleshoot frontend issues and implement effective solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and best practices.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines.

- Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
