Job Title: Telecaller & Admission Counsellor – Work From Home Job Type: Full time Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home Working Hours: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM Industry: Education Counselling and College Admissions We are looking for motivated, confident, and result-oriented candidates for two positions: Telecaller / Calling Executive and Admission Counsellor / Lead Conversion Executive. Candidates will work with student leads and help students and parents understand available courses, college options, and admission procedures. Position 1: Telecaller / Calling Executive Responsibilities:

- Call students and parents using leads provided by the organization.
- Introduce educational courses and college admission opportunities.
- Understand students' basic requirements and interests.
- Generate interest and identify potential admission enquiries.
- Follow up with interested students.
- Maintain daily calling records and update lead status.
- Transfer interested and qualified leads to the Admission Counselling Team. Position 2: Admission Counsellor / Lead Conversion Executive Responsibilities:
- Contact and counsel students and parents using provided leads.
- Understand students' NEET scores, course preferences, college choices, and budget.
- Explain suitable colleges, admission procedures, counselling options, and applicable quotas.
- Guide students and parents in selecting suitable admission opportunities.
- Handle queries and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Convert interested leads into successful admissions.
- Coordinate with the team regarding documentation and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate lead records and conversion reports.
- Work towards monthly admission targets.

Language Requirements





Candidates proficient in one or more of the following languages are welcome to apply:
- Kannada - Malayalam - Telugu - Tamil - English - Hindi Required Skills - Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in communicating with students and parents.
- Good follow-up, convincing, and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain lead records.
- Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets. Eligibility and Experience - Freshers may apply for the Telecaller position.
- Candidates with experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or lead generation are preferred.
- Previous experience in education counselling, college admissions, or sales is an advantage for the Admission Counsellor position.
- Knowledge of NEET UG, NEET PG, MBBS, BDS, BAMS, and other professional courses is an added advantage.

Salary and Incentives Salary, performance-based incentives, and monthly targets will be discussed during the interview.
