We are looking to hire Admission Counsellors (Inside Sales) for our I2CAN Institute.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Contact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and incoming enquiries.
- Counsel students and understand their educational background, interests, and career goals.
- Explain our courses, eligibility criteria, fees, course duration, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain lead records and admission details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the academic team for student onboarding and batch commencement.

Salary Package: ₹3–3.5 LPA + attractive performance-based incentives.
- We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and an interest in student counselling and admissions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
