Position: Admission Coordinator

Location:No.3, 805A, Mugalivakkam Main Rd, Shanmuga Nagar, Madhanandapuram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600116

Salary: Range from 180000 - to 276000 ( Salary + Performance Pay)

Job Type: Full-time

Medical Insurance - Add on coverage upto 30L

Roles and Responsibilities

- Student Admissions: Manage the admission process, respond to inquiries, and guide prospective students through the application process.
- Counseling: Provide information on course offerings, fee structure, and the benefits of enrolling at Vidhu Academy.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with prospective students and their families, providing updates and resolving queries.
- Data Management: Accurately record student data in the system and track the status of applications.
- Marketing & Outreach: Assist in preparing marketing materials and represent the academy at educational fairs and events.




- Collaboration: Work closely with the academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Previous experience in admissions or education-related roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management systems.
