Job Role:-

● Identify and engage with working professionals across diverse industries to understand their educational needs and recommend suitable UG and PG courses from various universities.

● Understand the needs of professionals, guide them through the program options, and ensure a seamless enrollment process.

● Build and maintain relationships with potential learnersthrough effective communication via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

● Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, addressing their queries and providing detailed information about program benefits and career opportunities.

● Maintain an organized database of interested professionals and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize enrollments.

● Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to refine engagement strategies and optimize processes for higher education promotions

Job Specification:





● Minimum 1 Year of experience in career counselling, academic advising, or sales within the higher education sector, specifically promoting UG and PG courses.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with working professionals and university representatives.

● Proficient in CRM tools for reporting, documentation, and data analysis.

Other Requirements:

● Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently.

● Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs.

● Solid persuasion and negotiation skills to drive enrollments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
