About the Role

AR Digital Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, motivated, and student-focused Admission Counsellor to handle student enquiries, provide career guidance, and drive admissions for professional courses in Digital Marketing, Web Development, SEO, Graphic Design, Video Editing, AI, and other technology skills.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, counselling, follow-up, and sales skills, with the ability to convert student enquiries into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online leads.
- Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course details, duration, fees, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and parents regarding skill development and career options.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate enquiry records, follow-ups, and admission data.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the training team for student onboarding.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.




- Prepare daily and weekly reports on enquiries and conversions.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong counselling, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups.
- Positive attitude and a target-oriented approach.
- Experience in admission counselling, education sales, telecalling, or inside sales is an advantage.
