Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor/Sr. Counselor to guide students and parents through the admission journey and provide admission counseling.

Key Responsibilities

· Guide students on courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships and admission procedures.

· Understand student requirements and provide suitable academic guidance.

· Assist with application forms, documents, interviews and admission formalities.

· Handle student/parent queries through calls, emails and other channels.

· Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of admission-related queries.

· Maintain accurate student/application records and follow up on pending formalities.

· Ensure adherence to defined quality standards across all counselling and customer interactions.

Requirements

· Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Student-friendly, empathetic and professional approach.

· Good problem-solving and coordination skills.

· Prior experience in counselling, education or student support is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
