Position: ADG Senior Analyst (UI/UX Design principles- Banking Analytics)

Experience- 3-5 Years

Work Mode: Work from Office (Monday- Friday)

Time: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST

Role Summary

Lead design thinking and experience architecture for analytics capabilities in the banking domain. Define how modules and views connect, how users navigate across them and how information supports business decisions. Provide thought leadership on user experience and guide development teams through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand banking workflows, business questions and user needs through stakeholder discussions and design workshops
- Define information architecture, user journeys and navigation across analytics modules
- Design connections between summary views, detailed analysis and related business workflows
- Establish consistent interaction patterns for filters, drill-downs, comparisons and transitions between views
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes and experience specifications
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into the experience
- Establish reusable UI/UX standards covering visual hierarchy, consistency and accessibility




- Guide Power BI and frontend developers on implementation and review alignment with the intended experience
- Communicate design recommendations and explain their impact on usability and decision-making

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong expertise in UX strategy, design thinking, information architecture and interaction design
- Positive knowledge of the banking domain, including business metrics, stakeholder needs and decision-making workflows
- Experience designing enterprise analytics platforms or applications with multiple connected modules
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools
- Experience with user research, journey mapping and usability testing
- Strong understanding of UI design principles, visual hierarchy, accessibility and design systems
- Ability to influence business and technical stakeholders and provide clear design direction

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with Power BI capabilities and design constraints
- Experience creating reusable experience standards across products or functions
- Experience guiding the transition from dashboard-based reporting to integrated analytical applications
