Techno Dot Academy of R&D;&I; is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Accounts Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented training in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, and accounting software, with a passion for mentoring students and preparing them for careers in the finance industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging theoretical and practical training sessions in accounting and finance.

- Train students in Tally Prime, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Advanced Excel, and ERP accounting systems.

- Explain bookkeeping, GST, Income Tax, financial reporting, and accounting standards.

- Develop and update course materials, practical exercises, assignments, and assessments.

- Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and support their career development.

- Incorporate real-world accounting scenarios and industry practices into training sessions.

- Stay updated with changes in taxation,



accounting standards, compliance requirements, and financial technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

- Minimum 2 year of experience in accounting, finance, or training.

- Solid understanding of accounting principles, taxation, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

- Hands-on proficiency in Tally Prime, Advanced Excel, and other accounting software.

- Knowledge of QuickBooks, Zoho Books, and ERP accounting systems is an advantage.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and student mentoring skills.

- Ability to simplify complex accounting concepts and deliver practical, industry-focused training.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
