Role & responsibilities
- Manage delinquent customer accounts and execute collection strategies
- Contact customers to secure payment on overdue invoices
- Maintain accurate account notes and status updates
- Research and resolve disputed invoices with internal stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain collection reporting
- Support both domestic and international account portfolios (International)
Required candidate profile
- $20M and above portfolio size- mandate
- Hands-on with excel, reports like ageing report, VLookup, Sum, Ifs
- Must be open to work in India night shift (matching Central standard time)
- Work from office - Gurgaon
- Educational requirement: must be Graduate
