Role Description The Accounts Payable Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices, verifying billing details, and ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers.

The Accounts Payable

Assistant will reconcile accounts, maintain up-to-date records in the accounting system, and assist with resolving invoice and payment discrepancies. The role includes coordinating with internal teams and vendors, supporting month-end closing activities,



and preparing basic reports related to payables. The Assistant is also expected to comply with financial policies, support audits, and contribute to improving accounts payable processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills for handling invoices, payments, and ledger entries.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Candidates should possess Invoicing expertise, including vendor invoice processing, verification of documentation, and payment scheduling.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in commerce, finance, or accounting are preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills, will be beneficial.
- Prior experience in accounts payable or general accounting in a manufacturing or healthcare workplace is an advantage.
