Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager with 7+ years of experience, preferably in the hardware or related industry. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, managing financial reporting, and supporting strategic financial planning.

- Travel Requirement: Candidate must be willing to travel along with the Managing Director between Anna Nagar and Sriperumbudur
- Salary Range: Maximum ₹ 50,000 to ₹ 60,000 per month (based on experience)
- Key Skill: Strong expertise in Tally & ERP systems

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage complete accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
- Review and approve journal entries, ledger postings, and financial transactions
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions effectively
- Monitor cash flow, fund management, and financial planning
- Handle GST filing, TDS, and ensure all statutory compliance requirements are met
- Maintain and supervise inventory and stock accounting (critical for hardware industry)




- Ensure proper documentation and control over vendor bills and customer payments
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure audit readiness
- Monitor credit control, outstanding receivables, and risk management
- Prepare MIS reports and present financial insights to management
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
- Implement and improve accounting systems, processes, and internal controls
- Lead and guide the accounts team for efficient operations

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com)
- 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in hardware, manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel
- Robust understanding of inventory and stock accounting
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Note:

- The candidate should be flexible to travel frequently between Sriperumbudur and Anna Nagar along with the Managing Director.
