Role Overview The Accounts & Operations Executive will play a key role in managing financial processes, coordinating supply chain operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities. This role requires robust attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a commitment to regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

- Manage daily accounting entries, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and ensure statutory compliance.
- Handle vendor payments, client billing, and banking transactions.
- Support audits, taxation, and documentation requirements.

Operations & Supply Chain

- Oversee order processing, stock management, and shipment tracking.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, regulatory documents, and client communications.
- Assist in vendor registration, approvals, and compliance documentation.

Coordination & Reporting

- Liaise with banks for remittances, LC documentation, and payment follow-ups.
- Collaborate with sales,



regulatory, and marketing teams for smooth operations.
- Generate reports on financials, operations, and supply chain performance.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting and operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and documentation in regulated industries.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
