Role & responsibilities
Responsible for end-to-end accounting for multiple HOAs, including financial statement preparation, month-end close, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, budgeting, audit support, and financial reporting. Collaborates with stakeholders to resolve accounting queries, drives process improvements and internal controls, and performs financial clean-up activities to ensure accurate and reliable financial records.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2 to 10 years of experience in General Accounting, Financial Reporting, Month-End Close, or HOA/Property Management Accounting.
- Robust knowledge of General Ledger accounting, bank reconciliations, accrual accounting, financial statement preparation, and account analysis.
