We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive with at least 1 year of experience to support our day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, positive numerical skills, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

- Handle sales and purchase entries, invoices, and billing.

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.

- Assist in GST-related documentation, TDS, and other statutory records.

- Maintain vouchers, bills, receipts, and supporting documents.

- Track expenses and maintain accurate financial records.

- Assist with monthly closing, reports, and audit documentation.

- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for payment-related matters.

- Ensure accounting records are accurate and updated on time.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.

- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.

- Working knowledge of Tally or other accounting software.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

- Able to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
