About us

Metisse Exports makes garments for French and European brands. Our accounting runs on Zoho Books and is largely automated: bills and entries flow in from our systems. We need someone to keep the books and the export paperwork compliant, not to type entries all day.

What you will do

- Review and reconcile the accounts in Zoho Books (bank, GST, TDS, vendors, customers); enter bills manually only when needed
- Keep accounting compliant: GST returns, TDS, export under LUT, coordination with our CA
- Prepare and check export documents: invoice, packing list, shipping bill, certificates of origin and other documents our buyers need
- Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders and CHAs for every shipment
- Follow export perks and realisation: e-BRC, RoDTEP / drawback, export proceeds

What we need




- 5+ years in accounts and/or export documentation at a garment or textile export factory. Mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books. Mandatory.
- Working English for documents and emails with foreign buyers
- Organised, precise, comfortable with deadlines
- Plus: experience with automated or ERP-linked accounting, both accounts and shipping in the same role

Salary: Rs 35,000 to Rs 40,000 per month (CTC), depending on experience.
