WE’RE HIRING | Accounts & Finance Executive at AMINU

AMINU is looking for Senior Accountant to take ownership of the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. The role involves managing the complete accounting cycle, maintaining financial accuracy, monitoring financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of end-to-end accounting operations, financial records, and monthly and annual account closing.
- Manage financial reporting, including trial balance, P&L;, balance sheet, MIS, and management reports.
- Oversee GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances, ensuring accurate filings and timely payments.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, payables, receivables, and outstanding balances to maintain financial control.
- Oversee financial reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and resolution of discrepancies across business transactions.
- Manage accounting for procurement, inventory,



retail operations, invoicing, and vendor transactions.
- Coordinate with auditors and external consultants for audits, financial reviews, and statutory requirements.
- Strengthen accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting systems to improve operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience with independent ownership of accounting operations.
- Robust expertise in financial reporting, account finalisation, taxation, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel; experience with ERP / POS systems is an advantage.

- Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai (Work from Office)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
