Experience Preference: Relevant purchase and accounts experience is an advantage.

We are looking for a responsible and organized Purchase & Accounts Executive to support purchasing activities, maintain financial records, and coordinate with vendors and internal departments.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle daily purchase activities and prepare purchase orders as per hospital requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, product availability, and timely delivery.
- Maintain purchase records, supplier details, invoices, and payment documentation.
- Verify supplier bills, purchase invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Assist with accounts payable, payment follow-ups,



and expense tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of stock purchases, receipts, and inventory movements.
- Support day-to-day accounting entries and maintain financial documentation.
- Reconcile vendor statements and report discrepancies to the concerned department.
- Coordinate with stores, administration, and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare purchase and accounts reports and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
