We are looking for an experienced Accounts cum Commercials Manager to independently manage day-to-day accounting, statutory compliances, banking operations, commercial documentation and financial coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tally, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, banking, reconciliations, payments and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting activities and Tally operations.

Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other statutory compliances.

Manage billing, collections, payables, receivables and account reconciliations.

Coordinate with banks for transactions, bank reconciliation, fund transfers, documentation and other banking requirements.

Manage bulk payouts to employees, vendors, dealers and other beneficiaries.

Verify, process and maintain records of employee, dealer and sales claims.

Handle commercial documentation including POs, invoices, quotations, work orders and agreements.

Prepare MIS,



incentive statements and payment reports for management.

Coordinate with customers, vendors, banks, auditors and internal departments.

Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of financial and commercial records.

Maintain confidentiality of financial, employee and business information.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally / Tally ERP / Tally Prime.

Good knowledge of GST, TDS, PF and ESI.

Strong understanding of accounting, reconciliation, payables and receivables.

Experience in bank coordination and bulk payment processing.

Good knowledge of Excel and preparation of MIS reports.

Strong commercial documentation and coordination skills.

Ability to independently manage day-to-day financial operations.
