Role Description: This full time Accounts Assistant role is an on-site position based in Pune City.
The Accounts
Assistant will handle day-to-day accounting activities, including processing invoices, maintaining ledgers, managing petty cash, and assisting with reconciliations and month-end closing. The role includes supporting credit control activities, tracking receivables, following up with stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

Assistant will collaborate with the finance team to prepare basic financial reports, support audits, and maintain organized documentation. Regular communication with internal teams and external partners will be required to resolve queries and maintain accurate records.
Work Experience: 1 – 3 Years
Qualification:
- B. Com/M. Com/CA Inter
- Recording Purchase Orders/Sales Orders/Issue Invoices.
- Updating Accounts Receivable & Payables & book invoices.
- Recording Cash & Bank Journal Entries.
- Daily accounting & bookkeeping activities.
- Maintaining Fixed Assets Register & recording depreciation entries.
- Assisting in monthly closing of the books of accounts
- Assisting in preparation of MIS & other financial reports
- Assisting in Audit and Financial Compliances
- Should have working knowledge of TDS & GST
- Should be proficient in Tally.ERP9.
