RAR Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is a precision-engineering and manufacturing company based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant with practical knowledge of Zoho Books, GST compliance and manufacturing accounts to manage our day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting transactions in Zoho Books.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries and expenses.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, credit notes and debit notes.
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable and customer outstanding balances.
- Perform bank reconciliation and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Maintain GST records, reconcile input tax credit (ITC) and coordinate GST return filing.
- Handle TDS accounting and coordinate related compliance requirements.
- Monitor supplier payments, customer collections and payment due dates.
- Maintain petty cash, employee reimbursements and other expense records.
- Maintain inventory-related accounting for raw materials, tooling, consumables and engineering components.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss reports, expense summaries and outstanding-payment reports.
- Monitor cash flow and provide regular financial updates to management.
- Coordinate with the company's Chartered Accountant, banks and auditors.
- Maintain financial documentation for loans, audits and statutory compliance.
- Ensure accurate,



timely and well-organised accounting records.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- B.Com, M.Com or an equivalent qualification in accounting or finance.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering company.
- Practical working experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing and bank reconciliation.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounting.
- Ability to independently manage daily accounting activities and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, honesty and organisational skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience managing accounts in a manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of inventory, raw material purchases, tooling costs and machinery expenses.
- Experience with GST reconciliation and coordination with a CA.
- Ability to use Zoho Books reports to track cash flow, expenses, receivables and payables.
- Familiarity with digital accounting workflows and financial documentation.
