WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR ACCOUNTANT | NOIDA
PSR Compliance is looking for a strong and experienced Accountant with excellent knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and day-to-day financial management.
We are looking for someone who can independently manage accounts, maintain financial accuracy, and ensure timely completion of accounting and tax-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliation.
- Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, and related tax documentation.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
- Monitor client payments, outstanding balances, expenses, and cash flow.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Handle Tally, accounting software, and advanced MS Excel functions.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, and internal departments.
- Ensure accurate financial records and timely statutory compliance.
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 2–3 years of practical accounting experience preferred.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
- Ability to independently manage complete accounting operations.
- Good understanding of taxation, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and ownership of responsibilities.

Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and expertise
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
