Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Recent Delhi. The Accountant will handle day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and preparing invoices and vouchers. The role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.

The Accountant will support preparation of financial reports, ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations, and coordinate with internal teams and external auditors. The position also includes maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring expenses,



and contributing to process improvements within the finance function.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, bookkeeping, and financial statement preparation.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial analysis and reporting, including variance analysis, budgeting support, and cost tracking.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of taxation and compliance, including GST/TDS, statutory reporting, and exposure to audits.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, including data entry, spreadsheet analysis, and basic ERP usage.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field are preferred; professional certifications (e.g., CA/CPA/CMA or equivalent) are an added advantage.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, agro-chemicals, or a similar industry is beneficial, along with a demonstrated ability to work on-site in a structured environment.
