Required Account Receivable for E Commerce Company in Andheri

Education - Graduation

Experience - 3 to 5 years required in AR

Location - Andheri , Mumbai

Salary - 35k to 45k

Key Responsibilities

 Oversee daily receipt booking in Tally / ERP / Excel.

 Ensure accurate reconciliation ofsales with system reports.

 Verify and match cash, card, UPI, and online receipts.

 Monitor secondary sales and payment tracking of franchise stores.

 Review preparation of Debit Notes and Credit Notes.

 Ensure reconciliation of franchise partner sales data.

 Track collections across Retail, Trade, Online, and Corporate channels.

 Monitor outstanding receivables and supervise follow-up actions.

 Prepare and review collection plans.

 Supervise trade receipt booking and debtors aging.

 Review discount schemes and credit note adjustments.

 Monitor corporate accounts including Proforma Invoice (PI) preparation,



PO verification, and receipt mapping.

 Review monthly Debtors Aging Reports and escalate overdue accounts to management.

 Monitor retail collections including Reliance Fashion Factory.

 Supervise branch accounting activities for Delhi, Haryana, Karnataka, and West Bengal.

 Guide and supervise Accounts Executives/ AR team members.

Required Skills

 Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes

 Expertise in Tally, Excel, and ERP systems

 Robust reconciliation and analytical skills

 Good communication for collection follow-ups

 Leadership and team management ability

Experience: 5–7 years in Accounts Receivable / Finance operations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
