Role Description:

 Bank liasioning and preparation of Banking related reports, bank reconciliation and taking care of the banking matters.

 Ledger control – ledger scrutiny and reconciliation, debtors, creditors, expenses, assets and sales. Preparation of related reports.

 Accounts finalization, fund flow, cash flow, trial balance, balance sheet, financial budgeting and estimates, data submission for credit rating etc.

 Adherence of compliance check list for all statutory compliances.

 Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

 Stock and asset control – accounting entries, impact, physical verification and its reconciliation.

 Balance confirmation on periodic intervals.

 Periodic review of trial balance, opening and closing balances.

 Ensure proper maintenance of all financial ledgers for the day-to-day operations.

 Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities.

 Availment of benefits of exports in due course of time in line with export intimation.

 Timely entries,



reconciliation and adjustments and compliances of Excise, Service Tax, VAT (GST), INCOME TAX, PROFESSIONAL TAX, PF & ESI if any.

 Liasioning with statutory auditors. Financial audit preparation and resolution of the queries raised by the auditors.

 Preparation of all reports including MRM reports on monthly / requirement basis along with complete supporting documents and analyzing variation in cost.

 Checking of statutory compliance of Labour contractor with the help of Labour Consultant. Compliance for Excise and service tax rules and legislation.

 Create profit centre for the budget of different location. Employee cost per unit to be worked out on monthly basis through ERP.

 Identify and explore the reason for increase in cost of particular Head duly confirmation from plant and respective dep’t.

 Preparation of Weekly revenue per box and SQM for sales and monthly also.

 Monitoring of settlement of insurance claim in time.

 Review of compliance with company’s budget.

 Smooth functioning of ERP and constant review of updation in ERP – only accounting point of view.

 Working for advance tax / tax return of the company.

 Plant visit to resolve all pending issue once in a month and submission of report as per agenda.

 Creation and approval of debtors and creditors in a precise way as per defined standard.

 Timely compliance for filling of TDS return / ROC return etc.

 Any other work assigned by HOD / Director.

 Assist in finalization of audit or accounts; resolve the auditor quarry during the course of audit. Passing of closing entries.

 Monitoring payment of Main cash payment.

Other Details:

Minimum 5 Years of experience in manufacturing industry.

Salary up to 8 LPA.

Location : Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad.
