Job Summary

Emarson Infotech is looking for a target-oriented Account Manager to drive B2B sales, develop new business, and manage enterprise customer relationships across Enterprise Networking, Cybersecurity, and AV & Collaboration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through prospecting, referrals, and networking.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from client meetings and requirement gathering to quotations, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Develop and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, IT heads, and procurement teams.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and internal technical teams for pricing,



proposals, and solution delivery.
- Drive upselling, cross-selling, and account growth while achieving sales targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, CRM records, and customer follow-ups.

Required Skills & Experience

- 37 years of experience in B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, or IT Solutions Sales.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Networking, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, or AV & Collaboration solutions.
- Experience in lead generation, account management, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Solid communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience coordinating with OEMs, vendors, and technical teams.

Preferred: Knowledge of Switching, Routing, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, Firewalls, SASE, and Video Conferencing solutions.
