Role OverviewWe are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Account Interns to join our team in Indore. This 90-day internship is designed for students and recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in accounting operations, financial documentation, banking processes, and business administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with basic accounting entries and financial record maintenance using Tally.
- Work with Microsoft Excel for data entry, reporting, calculations, and financial data management.
- Assist in preparing, organising, and maintaining GST-related documents and records.
- Support the preparation and documentation of E-Way Bills.
- Assist with bank reconciliation by matching financial records with bank statements.
- Help track vendor payments, client payments, outstanding dues, and payment follow-ups.
- Support basic banking operations and online banking documentation.
- Draft professional emails and communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams when required.
- Maintain accurate financial records and organise accounting documents systematically.
- Assist the accounts team with routine administrative and financial tasks.

Skills You Will Develop
- Microsoft Excel for business and accounting operations.
- Tally and basic accounting entries.




- Fundamentals of GST and E-Way Bill documentation.
- Bank reconciliation and payment tracking.
- Professional email writing and business communication.
- Financial data collection, organisation, and management.
- Practical understanding of accounting workflows in a corporate setting.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates pursuing or recently graduated in B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or MBA (Finance) are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Tally will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work in an on-site environment.
