Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, vouchers, and ledger entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain GST and TDS documentation and assist with statutory compliance.
- Track customer outstanding payments and vendor payments.
- Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Coordinate with the CA or auditing team for accounts finalization and tax-related work.
- Assist in monthly closing, budgeting, and audit documentation.
- Maintain financial records using Tally, MS Excel, or other accounting software.
