About Daivio

Daivio is an AI analyst for Microsoft Fabric, built by DATA AI ANALYSIS LTD, a member of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. It runs as a native Fabric workload: an analyst opens a Lakehouse file, profiles and cleans it, asks a question in plain language and gets the answer together with the SQL and the notebook behind it. Data never leaves OneLake. Daivio is listed in the Microsoft Fabric Workload Hub and on Azure Marketplace, and customers buy it through Marketplace.

The role

We are hiring our first Account Executive. You will own net-new revenue for Daivio inside the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem: Fabric customers, Microsoft field sellers and partners, and Azure Marketplace buyers. You know how a Fabric workload is sold because you have done it before.

What you will do

- Build and close a pipeline of Microsoft Fabric customers (mid-market and enterprise) for Daivio.
- Co-sell with Microsoft: work with Fabric and Azure Data account teams, partner development managers and solution specialists.
- Run discovery, demos inside the customer's own Fabric workspace, and proofs of concept together with our CTO.
- Drive Azure Marketplace private offers and deals that count toward the customer's Azure consumption commitment (MACC).




- Bring customer and Microsoft field feedback back to product.
- Own forecasting, pipeline reporting and CRM hygiene.

Who we are looking for
- Former Microsoft Account Executive, Specialist or Partner seller (strongly preferred), or a seller at a Microsoft partner who has sold a product listed in the Fabric Workload Hub or on Azure Marketplace.
- Hands-on experience selling Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data (Synapse, Power BI, Azure Databricks) or a third-party Fabric workload.
- Existing relationships inside Microsoft's data and AI field and partner organisations, ideally in Microsoft India.
- Understands the Microsoft co-sell motion, Marketplace transactions and MACC.
- Comfortable in a small team: you write the sales playbook rather than follow one.

Details

- Full-time, remote within India. Bengaluru preferred; robust candidates anywhere in India are welcome.
- Base salary plus commission; equity for the right candidate.
- You report directly to the founders.
