Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support the day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for voucher entries, maintaining financial records, MIS preparation, documentation, and assisting the senior accounts team with routine accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers in the accounting system.
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and update MIS reports and Excel-based reports.
- Assist in invoice processing, billing, and payment entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain petty cash records.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for routine accounting requirements.




- Support the senior accounts team in month-end and year-end accounting activities.
- Handle GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliations, and statutory documentation.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Familiarity with Tally ERP/Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the accounting function.

Qualifications

- B.Com or equivalent degree in Commerce.
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
