Job Summary

We are looking for a CA-qualified Accounts Manager to manage operational accounting, taxation, payments, collections, reconciliations, compliance, and financial reporting across multiple outlets/units. The role will work closely with outlet teams, auditors, consultants, and management to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operational accounting across outlets/units.
- Oversee payments, collections, and timely financial settlements.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment-mode reconciliations.
- Ensure timely GST and TDS filings, compliance, and reconciliations.
- Manage statutory and internal taxation matters.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, cost reports, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with outlets on accounting data, discrepancies,



and audit requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Review and improve accounting processes for accuracy and efficiency.
- Guide and coordinate with junior accounts/outlet finance teams.

Mandatory Requirements

- CA qualification – Mandatory.
- 4–8 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Hospitality industry experience – Mandatory.
- Strong operational accounting experience, preferably in a multi-outlet/unit environment.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, payments, and reconciliations.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
